Summer Jobs – The Whetstone Inn

What do the owner of Kiplings, an editor at The New York Times, a professor at U.C. Berkeley, the Marlboro town clerk and a project manager at Apple all have in common? Their first jobs were at the Whetstone Inn.

This is a great first job — we’ll teach you what you need to know. The work is a mix of cleaning guest rooms, waiting tables, dishwashing, and helping in the gardens and yard. Usually 3–4 hours a day, 3–5 days a week through July and August, lighter mid-May into June.

Reliable, friendly, and willing to pitch in are what matters. Flexible scheduling around sports, camp, and family trips. Local applicants preferred.
