The Whetstone has a 11 regular guest rooms to suit a wide variety of tastes and budgets. Some rooms feature private baths and comfortable queen-sized beds, other have twin beds and shared hall baths. Two rooms feature their own kitchen — perfect for longer stays — and one, it's own living room.

However, our rooms are equally notable for what they lack. You won't find televisions, telephones, radios, internet connections or other such modern entrapments. Instead, our rooms are perfectly suited to getting away from it all — generously stocked with classic books to peruse while you let the worries of modern life slip away.

The rooms are furnished with an eclectic mix of antique and modern furniture. Many pieces have been crafted by local artisans, whose nearby studios are often open for weekend visits.
